We ensure delivery to specifications by assuming the full responsibility for the business analysis, architectural design and development methodology.
• Integration services. Modern IT shops often involve multiple applications and technologies. We provide our customers with the plans, frameworks and actual implementations that ‘glue’ the applications and data sources together.
• Application health-check, system readiness health-check, and audit services. This service is provided to our customers as an assessment of the current state of development, readiness for deployment, or when a development effort goes wrong.
• Consulting, business analysis and architectural services. Our experts can assist organizations with the high-level system design and the technical and system architecture design.
• Training and mentoring. We provide hands-on, high-level, and specific training for customer’s employees to enable the on-going maintenance of their systems post development. We also empower and mentor the customer’s employees during and after the development to ensure a proper knowledge transfer.
