Makor has completed the implementation of a Consultant Portal for Uptime Systems consultants who work in the field and required a central location to access shared documents, customer information, support notes and also host a Help Desk application. Makor implemented the Consultant Portal on a Office SharePoint server providing a automated Help Desk with workflows and dashboards so that consultants were always updated on the latest issues and statuses. Consultants can now have one site to go for tools and support documents they need during a customer visit and then complete the call with a logging of support information directly into the system.
