• BI Dashboards and Portals. We design and implement Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboards with a focus on the Microsoft PerformancePoint and other SharePoint solutions. We are also the creators of the award-winning SharePoint dashboard design tool called the KPI Accelerator. The KPI Accelerator is a BI dashboard toolkit that enables users to create easy to use, real-time dashboards for the time sensitive and mission-critical demands of modern business. The KPI Accelerator aggregates data from numerous sources and packages it in an easy to understand, visually engaging. We also specialize in building Customer Portals for companies to allow their customers access to manufacturing, billing, and other information on a secure web interface.
• Outsourced and co-sourced developments. We undertake projects and development efforts in both engagement models. Some of our customers supply us with their own resources (mainly developers and/or project managers), while other customers prefer a single point-of-contact as a fully outsourced solution. We ensure delivery to specifications by assuming the full responsibility for the business analysis, architectural design and development methodology.
• Application health-check, system readiness health-check, and audit services. This service is provided to our customers as an assessment of the current state of development, readiness for deployment, or when a development effort goes wrong.
• Consulting, business analysis and architectural services. Our experts can assist organizations with the high-level system design and the technical and system architecture design.
• Training and mentoring. We provide hands-on, high-level, and specific training for customer’s employees to enable the on-going maintenance of their systems post development. We also empower and mentor the customer’s employees during and after the development to ensure a proper knowledge transfer.
